iXPlay Privacy Policy
Overview
iXPlay is an IPTV player. This Privacy Policy explains what technical data may be processed when you use the application and the ixplay.app web portal.
Data We Process
- Device technical identifiers, including MAC address and profile ID.
- Platform and application information, such as device type and app version.
- Playlist URLs and playlist files that the user provides for playback or synchronization.
- Web request metadata, including IP address and anti-abuse verification signals, when the portal is used.
Why We Process This Data
- To activate the device and bind a license or subscription to the correct player.
- To identify the TV or player in the user account and restore access when needed.
- To synchronize playlists and device state across supported devices.
- To diagnose service issues, provide support, and prevent abuse or automated attacks.
Sharing
iXPlay does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, payment, and security service providers only to the extent required to operate the service, or where disclosure is required by law.
Retention
Technical identifiers and playlist-related data may be retained for activation, subscription management, synchronization, diagnostics, and access recovery for as long as necessary to provide the service.
